Mask wearing is compulsory for people aged 11 and over in the welcome building,  bar and restaurant.

The number of visitors in the garden at any one time is limited.

The Jardin des Fontaines Pétrifiantes has introduced a health protocol so that you can be hosted, and enjoy your tour, with complete peace of mind.

No, dogs are not allowed in the Jardin des Fontaines Petrifiantes. But they are tolerated in the welcome building, bar and restaurant.

Taking photos is authorised – and encouraged!

The site is partly pushchair accessible. But to move around the garden more comfortably, we advise using a baby carrier.

Yes, ANCV Chèques Vacances vouchers are accepted at the Jardin des Fontaines Petrifiantes (no change given, up to €30 per payment). 

Since 2021, we have also accepted ANCV Connect vouchers, which can only be used to buy tickets online (up to €30 per payment).

The tour is self-guided and lasts about 1hr30.

There is about 8,000 sqm of garden to enjoy.

There are benches at points all along the trail, so take your time to sit down and contemplate the various moods on offer at the Jardin des Fontaines Petrifiantes.

Yes, we have a free car park with 50 spaces, next to our welcome building. 

The car park is not in the shade.

The garden itself is not wheelchair accessible. But our welcome building, bar and restaurant are accessible.

As we only have a small car park, motorhomes are invited to park off site, for greater manoeuvrability. There is space to park before or after the bridge over the River Isère.

Yes, groups received specific rates, depending on how many people there are. Advance booking is required.

Yes, we offer concessions for students, job seekers, and disabled people. Proof less than three months old is required.

Tickets do not need to be purchased in advance, but we strongly advise you to do so.

You have two options:

- Buy on-site : you choose the date and time of your tour, subject to availability.

- Buy online: you choose the date and time of your tour. You must order your tickets at least 1 hour before your tour starts.

Yes, the trail is suitable for children and adults of all ages. For very young children, we advise using a baby carrier to move around more easily.

Yes, the garden has plenty of shady spots – under trees, next to a waterfall, under the bamboo and so on.

And you can enjoy the coolness of the crystalliser space.
